In January I basically started from scratch in the gym. I hadn’t done strength training in a while, just yoga and running.
It took a few weeks of consistency to stop being embarrassed or looking at myself as weak. 
Showing up is the hardest part but the BEST part is that the people on the gym floor and in your workout classes genuinely want to see you do better! Lean into that 🫶🏽
