I’ve been coming to Yoga in Times Square for years, and it still gives me goosebumps every single time.

Millions of people rush through this intersection every day, yet for a few hours, thousands of strangers choose to slow down, breathe, and move together.

There’s something magical about finding stillness in one of the busiest places on earth. 🧘‍♀️

The mats were provided by gaiam and you can take it  home, there were other sponsors that gave out free stuff at the yoga village such as gatorade and propelwater, kefir by lifewaykefir and water bottles by gaiam

Look at this cute poster by heytea.usa that is doing a yoga pose with the tea in its hand, also love the mango boom coconut tea there if you ever visit

Looking up the concrete jungle while we are doing Shavasana

Looking up and realizing how small we are… and somehow that’s comforting.

All happening at the same time in the middle of Times Square.

This is why I keep coming back year after year. 🧘‍♀️
