🌸 Rose Lassi Strawberry Chia Parfait – A Desi Summer Delight 🌸

Recipe- Makes 2 servings
10 oz bottle of Desi Natural Rose Lassi 
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup chopped strawberries 
1/4 cup chopped pistachio to garnish 
1 tablespoon rose petals to garnish 

Soak the chia seeds with 1 bottle of rose lassi in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight
Meanwhile make a strawberry puree using pieces of fresh strawberries 
Layer the chia seed lassi with strawberry puree and then garnish with nuts and rose petals
