Health First Colorado and CHP+ members can get free breastfeeding support. While breastfeeding is natural, it is not always easy. Health First Colorado (Medicaid) and CHP+ now cover lactation support services.

Meet with a lactation specialist in person or virtually, in a one-on-one or, in group setting. There’s no limit to the number of visits allowed!

Get the help you need: Ask your primary care provider, health plan or OB for information on breastfeeding support services! For more information see the link in our bio, choose ‘Benefits and Services’ and go to 'Maternity and Newborn Care.'
