## Caption

These fire tornados are wild!! We get the green color from mixing methanol and boric acid. The pink comes from lithium (from batteries) dissolved in methanol, and then the blue color is just what methanol burns regularly. When you mix it all together with fans in the right pattern to give a vortex you get this peacock looking fire color all wound up in a beautiful fire tornado!! —
