自己嘅錢，梗係會著緊啲！尤其係收到陌生短訊要交罰款，以為係真有其事，仲隨時要有被嚇怕的準備🥶！

近日騙徒就係捉緊呢個心理關口，向大眾發送假冒電子交通罰款（電子告票）短訊，並模仿官方短訊列出「通知書編號」、「日期」及「罰款」金額，企圖以假亂真，誘使市民點擊內附連結🔗。

除咗假冒警方，騙徒更冒認積金局，聲稱用戶「未有更新強積金賬戶個人資料」，並誘騙用戶點撃內附連結進入虛假網站，企圖騙取受害人嘅個人資料💳。

慎防受騙，記得袋定以下貼士傍身：
💡留意短訊發送人名稱有冇「#」開頭，例如電子交通告票短訊為「#HKPF-eTT」，積金局為「#MPFA」、「#eMPF」及「#eMPFsecure」
💡政府機構網站域名必定為「.gov.hk」
💡真實嘅電子告票同積金局短訊都唔會附帶任何超連結
💡切勿點擊短訊內任何連結，以及向任何人透露敏感個人資料（個人及信用卡資料、一次性密碼等）
💡如有懷疑，記得致電「防騙易18222」熱線查詢，或透過「防騙視伏App」輸入網址、電話號碼等資料評估詐騙風險

【Trusting An ‘Official’ SMS Blindly? Stop and Think Twice❗️】

It's natural to pay attention when your money is involved. So when an unexpected text says you owe a fine, it's easy to be caught off guard🥶.

Recently, fraudsters have been sending fake eTraffic Ticket (eTT) SMS messages that imitate official notifications by including details such as a notice number, date, and penalty amount to appear legitimate. Their goal is to trick recipients into clicking malicious links🔗.

Scammers have also been impersonating the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA), claiming that users have not updated their MPF account information and directing them to fake websites designed to steal personal and financial information💳.

Stay alert and keep these tips in mind:
💡Check whether the sender name begins with a "#". Official eTraffic Ticket SMS messages are sent from "#HKPF-eTT", while MPFA messages are sent from "#MPFA", "#eMPF", or "#eMPFsecure"
💡Government website domains always end with ".gov.hk"
💡Genuine eTraffic Ticket and MPFA SMS messages do not contain hyperlinks
💡Never click links in suspicious messages or disclose sensitive information such as personal details, credit card information, or one-time passwords
💡If in doubt, call the Anti-Scam Helpline 18222 or use the Scameter app to assess the risk of suspicious websites, phone numbers, and other information
