Slide 1: Crew Module and Service Module Separation. The crew capsule and service module part ways as Orion returns to Earth. The service module safely burns up in the atmosphere over the Pacific Ocean while the crew module continues home.

Slide 2: Spacecraft Adapter Jettison Fairing Panels Separating. Protective panels surrounding the Orion spacecraft fall away, allowing its solar array wings to fully unfurl as it climbs above the densest part of Earth’s atmosphere.

Slide 3: Crew Module/Service Module Separation. Another view of the crew capsule and service module separating as Orion makes its way back to Earth. 

Slide 4: SLS Core Stage Separation. The core stage of the SLS (Space Launch System) rocket successfully separated from the interim cryogenic propulsion stage and the Orion spacecraft.

Slide 5: Upper Stage Separation. The upper stage of the SLS rocket separates from the Orion spacecraft after delivering it to space. It was then used as a target to demonstrate Orion’s ability to maneuver in orbit.

Slide 6: SLS Core Stage Separation. The main rocket booster separates from the Orion spacecraft, marking the transition from the initial launch phase to upper-stage operations.
