Donald Trump had attempted to appeal the jury’s finding that he sexually assaulted and defamed E. Jean Carroll.

The Supreme Court ultimately declined his appeal.

As a result of the Jury’s 2023 guilty verdict, Donald Trump was then ordered to pay E. Jean Carroll $5 MILLION in damages.

He was then later ordered to pay her an additional $83.3 MILLION for denying her sexual assault claim, which he was found guilty of.
