There is no such thing as “reverse racism.” There is only racism. Of course any individual, of any color, can be rude, unkind, violent or demeaning, but racism requires three things in congruence:  Power, privilege, and prejudice—  These three things minority groups have rarely, if ever, had in America.  In this episode of Uncomfortable Conversations, we discuss why reverse racism isn't viewed the same as systemic racism, the historical context behind Black History Month, and why understanding the difference between those two matters.
