Mix together: 
1 cup organic flour 
1 cup Greek yogurt 

Optional: 
Pinch of sea salt 
1 tablespoon olive oil 

Put some butter in a pan and throw a spoonful into the pan. Once it gets a bit brown, flip and you can start pressing it flat. Repeat until done.
