Char Siu Bao is on the June menu for a little while longer.

Sweet, caramelized pork tenderloin tucked into fluffy Chinese fold-over buns, topped with fresh Asian slaw and spicy hoisin sauce. Basically: a fluffy-shell taco with very good manners.
