Every once in a while, you come across a place that simply gets it right. 🇯🇵✨

From the very first bite, TŌRI impressed me with beautifully executed dishes, fresh ingredients, balanced flavours, and attention to detail.

The Salmon Carpaccio was silky and vibrant, the Dragon Roll delivered exactly the right balance of texture and flavour, and even the Crab Salad was elegant in its simplicity.

But great food is only half the experience.

The warm hospitality, welcoming team, and attention to every detail made this a place I’d happily return to again and again.

As Chef Bezos, I only recommend places I’d personally go back to—and TŌRI has definitely earned that recommendation. 👨🏻‍🍳✅
