No one ever talks about the build before the build. Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been quiet for a reason. After my most recent Unlocking Greatness Retreat, I knew God wasn’t calling me to rush into the next thing. He was calling me to be still, to listen, to pray, and to prepare for what He is building next. It was important to me to include moments from the retreat, our live training sessions, and community building because they reminded me why the right environment matters.  There is something powerful about being surrounded by people who are committed to growing, building, and becoming faithful stewards of what God has entrusted to them.
