Allow me to reintroduce myself.

I’m Kristin...
(Kristi, Kris or Coach K if we’ve known each other for 25+ years)

I have never been in the business of small.

Some of you met me in the gym. The celebrity trainer, 25 years spent pushing bodies past what they thought was possible. That was chapter one.

Some of you knew me in finance. Pencil skirts, licenses, board rooms. I passed my FINRA exams on my first try, because I do not walk into rooms unprepared. That chapter taught me how money and systems really work.

Then some of you found me on the TEDx stage. “The Audacity of She.” That was the day I said it out loud, the line I still live by: I don’t just change the lighting. We redesign the entire dining room.

Some of you know me as co-founder of Cheap Homes University, where we teach people to build real wealth through real estate without waiting for permission or perfect timing.

And some of you know me now. Peak performance and executive business coach. Speaker. Founder of the Make It Happen Retreat. I help entrepreneurs escape the business that owns them and build the one that runs without them.

Different rooms. Same woman. Every chapter was training for this one. Not with bodies. Not with money. Not with stages. And not with you. I have never done small, and I am not about to start now.

So whichever version of me you met first, this is the leveled-up one. Same fire. Sharper aim. Fully on assignment.

If you have been here since the early days, thank you for staying. If you are just finding me now, welcome. You showed up right on time. Because something is coming. For the women in real estate who are done being the bottleneck in their own business.
