Let's make migraine more visible by sharing a side-by-side photo comparison of how the world sees you versus how you look during a migraine attack; whether that's wearing an ice cap, resting in a dark room, or unable to get out of bed.

Jennifer coined the term "Migraine Ugly" to describe the side of migraine that most people never see.

"Especially when I am in the attack phase of migraine, my face swells and my left eye droops. It literally looks like someone gave me their best right hook."

Migraine doesn't always look the way people expect it to. By sharing our experiences, we can help raise awareness, reduce stigma, and remind others living with migraine that they are not alone.
