Coconut Pineapple Rum Fizz

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Koloa Kaua‘i Coconut Rum
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz unsweetened fizzy coconut water
Pineapple slice for garnish
Fresh mint for garnish

Directions:
Fill a tall serving glass with ice. Add the rum and pineapple juice, then stir. Top with fizzy coconut water and garnish with a pineapple slice and fresh mint.
