My favorite little fighter pilots, hummingbirds. I was testing out the new sonyalpha 100-400mm f4.5 lens and thought these guys would be the perfect subject to test the reach and speed of this lens. Safe to say I’m very happy with how these turned out 📸

Shot on sonyalpha A1ii + 100-400mm f4.5. When shooting these birds, pre capture has become such a very valuable feature (it really feels like cheating 😂). I’m also enjoying pre capture for handheld lighting photos…..more on that soon ⚡️👀⚡️
