OpenAI's new Codex feature, Record and Replay, does exactly that. Hit record, do a task the way you normally would, and the AI watches every move.

Example: record yourself uploading a YouTube video once — thumbnail, file, subtitles, title. 

The AI learns the whole process and saves it as a skill.

Next time, hand it the files, say "upload," and it runs every step exactly how you'd do it. 

No code. No instructions written.

You teach it the way you'd train a new hire — by showing it once.

Right now it's Mac only and needs a paid plan. But this is what work looks like from here.
