#KnorrPartner Tender chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, parmesan, and creamy orzo all come together in one pan for a meal that's packed with flavor and ready in 30 minutes! 👏🏼 I used knorr Roasted Chicken Premium Flavor Base to add rich, savory flavor to the orzo as it cooks, making this simple dinner taste like it simmered all day. This one is cozy, family-friendly, and perfect for busy weeknights when you want something delicious without a sink full of dishes! 😊

INGREDIENTS:
•1 lb chicken breast
•1 tbsp olive oil
•1 tbsp Italian seasoning
•Salt & pepper
•1 shallot, diced
•3 cloves garlic, minced
•1 cup dry orzo
•2 cups water
•2 tsp Knorr Chicken Premium Flavor Base
•½ cup milk
•⅓ cup grated parmesan
•½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes + 1 tbsp sun-dried tomato oil
•3 cups baby spinach
•1 tbsp lemon juice
•Fresh basil for garnishing
Directions
1.Season chicken with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2.Heat 1 tbsp sun-dried tomato oil in a large skillet and cook chicken ~6 minutes per side until golden & cooked through. Remove from the pan & dice into bite sized pieces
3.Add shallot to the pan and sauté 2-3 minutes. Stir in garlic.
4.Add orzo and toast for 1 minute.
5.Whisk Knorr Chicken Premium Flavor Base into water and pour into skillet.
6.Add milk and bring to a simmer.
7.Cook 10-12 minutes until orzo is tender.
8.Stir in parmesan, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and lemon juice.
9.Return chicken to skillet and stir until creamy.
10.Garnish with basil and extra parmesan & enjoy!
