After much deliberation, the winner of the Czar Comics Variant cover contest is Sean F. Smailes (sfsmailes)! His piece captured the spirit of Czarface and the Czar universe in a stupendous way....huge congrats!! This was a much tougher decision than we anticipated and want to be very clear: every artist that took time to enter gets our upmost respect and admiration…. choosing the winner wasn’t easy. We loved the nods to our discography, universe, and in-jokes in many submissions, and the creativity and skill on display blew us away. Thank you all for trusting us with your work and for being part of this contest with your interpretation of the chrome crusader! IG only lets us share and tag 20 artists… scroll through the slides and check out some of our other favorites, too. Congrats to Sean, his cover will be featured as a Czarface variant and he wins $500.
