As I began creating again in 2024, I started to ask myself some important questions. What things were holding me back from living a sustainable and healthy life? I’d always make excuses so i didn’t have to do the hard things. I haven’t shared much of myself online apart from my art, because to be honest, my lifestyle was extremely unhealthy and I felt that sharing my work was the only positive thing I had to offer. The struggle with mental health is not easy for me to express but I think it is so so important to reflect & share how our everyday choices have made our lives better. ❤️‍🩹

This year I decided to finally take the steps to take care of my body & spirit. I documented a part of this journey on my stories & it warmed my heart to see that it encouraged some of you to quit too. 🥺❤️ wherever you are at in life, I hope you know that it is worth celebrating. Being intentional about how you show up for yourself & your milestones (no matter how small they may seem) matters more than you think.
