on my rooftop in Brooklyn for the last time!! I was bawling my eyes out before filming this intro but your girl had to LOCK TF in. I really wanted to do one last piece before leaving and used my suitcase as a desk to make it work…13 hours in one sitting 😵 r.i.p back, neck, wrist 🫦

I moved to nyc with 2 suitcases, no plan, no job and dropped the news just days before my flight was booked. Somehow, that turned in to 2 unforgettable years. 🥹 this city stretched me, softened me, and led me to people that I love like family— people who make me feel seen & supported in ways I never knew I needed. 

my heart is filled with so much gratitude reminiscing on the moment I arrived, stepping in to the uncertain. No plan other than a hope to find a deeper love for myself. this city really handed me a mirror— not to show me who I wanted to be, but to reflect who I already was. It revealed my fears, my strengths, even the parts of me I had never acknowledged. Sometimes growth is just that: facing your own reflection— messy, honest, and all. what a wild, tender thing to arrive as one person and leave as another! 🥺 to look at life through a lens of possibility instead of despair.

TY NEW YORK CITY for being the ground where my daydreams could exist loudly. 😭
