We're excited to share that Governor Gavin Newsom signed the FY27 California State Budget, which includes the full restoration of $20 million in funding for CASA programs statewide! 

This is a massive win for youth and children in foster care across San Diego and Riverside Counties. Every child deserves a trusted advocate in their corner, and this budget ensures Voices for Children can keep fighting to provide exactly that.  

When you watch this video, you see the real-world impact of the state's investment. For a child navigating the foster care system, a CASA like CASA Cynthia can change the entire trajectory of a child's life when the child needs it most.
