✨SIGMA KAPPA CONVENTION RECAP ✨

This past week our President: Lexi Baker, VP of Member Integrity: Cara Boyles, and Director of Community Engagement: London McClure, had the honor of attending the National Sigma Kappa Convention in St. Louis, Missouri, on behalf of the Alpha Omega chapter. We are so proud of these girls for being outstanding representations of our chapter and congratulate all collegiate chapters on a successful weekend of leadership and sisterhood.

“Convention was such an amazing experience, and I’m so thankful I had the opportunity to represent Alpha Omega. My favorite part was getting to meet and reconnect with sisters from chapters all over the country. Realizing that even though every chapter does things a little differently, we’re all connected by the same values and love for Sigma Kappa. Between business meetings, initiation, dinners, keynote speeches,and meeting so many incredible women, I left feeling even more grateful to be a Sigma Kappa.

Convention also helped me grow as a leader. Hearing new ideas and learning from other chapter leaders gave me so much inspiration for our own chapter. I came home with new friendships, ideas, and so much excitement to bring back to Alpha Omega this fall.” - Lexi Baker, PC ’23
