✨Post shoulder surgery update ✨

Thank you @wearoya for this breathable, comfortable, and cute workout set. 💛

Suffering from injury, and going through surgery, as an athlete or anyone, is difficult, and it is a journey. As an able-bodied person, it's easy to never have to think about the things you do daily that are second nature, such as brushing your teeth, putting your hair in a ponytail, picking up or carrying various items throughout your day. As a lefty, I've had to make changes, engaging my non dominant hand and arm for almost everything, and it hasn't been easy, but it is doable, and things get easier as I heal.

Most of this video was taken at 4 weeks in. 
I am currently 14 weeks in to my recovery. One day at a time ☺️
