Sesame Beef with Broccoli Recipe 👩‍🍳

1 lb lean beef like sirloin think sliced into bite-sized pieces
1 red pepper cut into slices 
2 c broccoli florets
5 scallions, cut ends in small pieces and sliver long green parts
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste and can also substitute salt with soy sauce
Sauce Recipe:
1 Tbsp each of cornstarch, sesame oil, rice vinegar 
1/4 c thick teriyaki sauce or marinade
