Fresh Tomato Rosé Sauce Recipe 🍅👩‍🍳

6 Roma tomatoes halved
1 large onion finely chopped
2 tsp garlic
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups grated Parmesan, 1/2 for sauce and 1/2 for garnish
1 lb pasta - use whatever shape you like
