## Caption

Apple Turnovers Recipe 🍏👩‍🍳

Mix in a bowl:
-4 Granny Smith apples
-6 tbsp brown sugar
-3 tsp apple pie spice
-4 tbsp butter
-4 tbsp apricot preserves
Add to a pot, Stir & Cook at medium-low heat
-Add 3 tbsp cornstarch 
Lay on a sheet:
-4 Pillsbury Crescent Roll tubes 
-Fill & fold in mix
-Bake on 375 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown 
Icing: 
-3 cups powdered sugar
-6 tbsp heavy cream
-6 tsp vanilla extract

(Makes 16 but you can cut in half to make 8)
