Coconut Water Lemonade Mocktail Recipe  
 
Ingredients (Serves 2): 
• 1 tsp butterfly pea flower tea 
• 4 oz hot water 
• 1 cup Harmless Harvest Organic Coconut Water  
• Juice and zest of 2 lemons  
• Pinch of salt  
 
Instructions: 
1. Brew butterfly pea flower tea and set aside to cool. 
2. Zest your lemons and combine with flaky salt to use for your rim.  
3. Juice your lemons and combine with coconut water and a pinch of salt. If you want to add a sweetener, add it now.  
4. Pour coconut water and lemon mixture over ice and top with your butterfly pea flower as a float. Stir and watch the colors change!
