Easy Honey BBQ Chicken Sliders 🇺🇸 The perfect sliders for your 4th of July cookout!
Ingredients

Chicken

* 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
* 1 tbsp oil
* 1 tsp smoked paprika
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1 tsp salt
* ½ tsp black pepper
* ¾ cup Kinder’s Sticky Honey BBQ Sauce

Sliders

* 12 brioche slider rolls
* 6 slices cheddar cheese
* 6 slices Muenster cheese

Honey Butter Topping

* 3 tbsp butter, melted
* 2 tsp honey
* ½ tsp garlic salt

Creamy Coleslaw

* 1 (16 oz) bag tri-color coleslaw mix
* ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
* ⅓ cup mayonnaise
* ¼ cup sour cream
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1 tsp Dijon mustard
* 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
* ½ tsp garlic powder
* ½ tsp onion powder
* ½ tsp celery seed
* ½ tsp salt
* ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Toss the chicken with the oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
2. Cook the chicken on skillet until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Shred the chicken, then toss it with the Honey BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, and garlic salt.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, red onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate while you assemble the sliders.
5. Slice the brioche slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half into a baking dish.
6. Layer the cheddar cheese over the bottom buns, followed by the Muenster cheese. Spread the BBQ chicken evenly over the cheese, then place the top buns on.
7. Brush the tops generously with the honey butter.
8. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
9. Serve warm with the creamy coleslaw on the side or pile the coleslaw right into each slider before serving.
