At an age when most teenagers are focused on school and games, 14-year-old Jainam Jain is building a business powered by artificial intelligence. The young entrepreneur has founded AI startup Mengo Engine, which helps businesses use AI to improve marketing and customer growth, and operates from an office on the 141st floor of Dubai's iconic Burj Khalifa.

Jainam's entrepreneurial journey began early. He says he attended his first business meeting at the age of six with his father, later challenging himself to complete Class 10 in just 105 days at the age of 13. Instead of relying only on classroom learning, he focused on practical experience, networking, and self-improvement through ambitious personal challenges.

From reading 50 books and attending 50 networking events to travelling over 6,000 km across India to learn from entrepreneurs, Jainam believes consistent learning and taking action are more important than age.
