During the past 2 years at fellow NCAA DII Converse, he was offensive coordinator and head recruiter, and helped the Valkyries qualify for a Conference Carolinas quarterfinal in 2026

Mike has a strong track record as a college and high school coach and college recruiter, and returns to Vermont after graduating from VTSU Castleton in 2015
