If you looked through my meals, you’d probably notice they’re all pretty similar—and that’s intentional.

Rather than chasing the “perfect” diet, I focus on consistently checking the boxes that matter most.

✅ A quality protein source to support muscle recovery, strength, and satiety.
✅ Carbohydrates to fuel training, performance, and recovery.
✅ Healthy fats to support hormones, brain function, and overall health.
✅ Fruits and vegetables to increase fiber, micronutrient intake, and meal volume.

The majority of my diet comes from whole, minimally processed foods because they’re naturally more filling, nutrient-dense, and make it easier to hit my nutrition goals without feeling restricted.

I also keep sauces, dressings, and condiments fairly simple. Not because they need to be avoided, but because they can add calories quickly without contributing much nutrition. I’d rather build meals that taste good from quality ingredients first, then use sauces to complement them instead of relying on them.

Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated. Eat enough protein, prioritize fiber, include a variety of colorful foods, and build meals you can realistically repeat week after week.

The best nutrition plan isn’t the one that’s the most perfect—it’s the one you can stay consistent with.
