Annapurna Base Camp in June — a trek that had been on my list for years.

My first big Himalayan journey in Nepal, and I chose one of the most beautiful yet unpredictable trails.

If you’re planning this in monsoon, be ready - not just physically, but mentally. Rain, slippery trails, zero visibility, and sometimes no peaks at all.
I was lucky enough to witness the magic - Annapurna glowing at sunset and sunrise, before the clouds took over. Usually, the rain rolled in after 10 AM and stayed till evening... but in the mountains, nothing is certain.

That’s the beauty and danger of nature here - raw, wild, and completely unpredictable. And that’s what makes Annapurna unforgettable.
