Track Mom Era 💕 

After missing my 2nd season, I can say I truly miss running. But I’ve learned so much sitting out. Reflecting on the highs & lows while competing. The constant stress I’ve placed on myself for no reason. Allowing outside noise to distract me from my ultimate goal. 

I have a new purpose. A new WHY. My daughter has taught me so much about myself during this time. How strong I truly am. How independent I am. How courageous. How bold. How fierce I am. My daughter has made me realize I haven’t given my all but she is my reason for why I will moving forward. She’s awakened something in me & I cannot wait until she witnesses the moments. As I reflect on my career, I can say I did just enough to get by but not enough to say I’m satisfied. My babygirl has motivated me tremendously already & I’m so excited for what our future holds.

Huge shoutout to the mom’s out there doing this. I know it isn’t easy but just know you’re seen, loved & respected. ❤️
