John Cena is opening up about his hair loss journey and going all in on a second hair transplant. Sharing a photo on X, the actor is documenting the process for fans and showing plenty of love to his doctor. ❤️

Cena has always been refreshingly honest about his experience with hair loss. In a 2025 interview with People, he revealed that comments from fans about his baldness were ultimately what pushed him to take the leap. “I hate the fact that if there wasn’t so much shame around it, I’d have gotten it done 10 years ago,” he said.

His first hair transplant was, in his words, “a minimal procedure.” This time around, though, he’s fully embracing the process, showing off a freshly shaved head as he begins round two. 🙌
