As I approach the realm of competing, what I put in my body is vital. As a specialist in wellness, lymphatics and regenerative aesthetics I chose wisely.

This weekend we had the opportunity to celebrate the Power Fit Texas Friendswood Grand Opening, and it was such a great reminder that wellness is about so much more than working out it’s about finding people and businesses that truly care about their community.

I’ve proudly supported Power Fit Texas power_fit_tx for the last 6 years, and I can honestly say they’ve become one of our family’s favorite places. I first fell in love with the quality of their chef-prepared meals, but over the years it became so much more than food.

As a mom raising a special needs son who is now an athlete, finding healthy, protein-packed meals and snacks that he genuinely enjoys has been priceless. Power Fit has made healthy eating convenient, delicious, and sustainable for our family, and we’ve grown to love the amazing staff who always make us feel welcome.
