This transformation isn’t just about losing 48lbs &9 sizes down, this time around. This is about my story, my testimony.

It’s about reclaiming my health, my mind, and the woman God created me to be.

I started this journey in September 2025, but in December I made the decision to get serious. Since then, I’ve balanced building my aesthetics and wellness practice, finishing my Bachelor’s degree, completing advanced licensing, and most importantly, being the best mom I can be.

My bonus son, Damian, is 14, autistic with IDD, &is pursuing his own fitness journey as a special needs athlete through strengthonspectrum . Watching his discipline reminds me that strength comes in many forms. I’m incredibly proud of him.

This dream has been on my heart since 2017 after meeting my client, Stephanie Treviño strengthbodymind_ . strengthbodymindbjj Watching her compete planted a seed that never left me.

So today, I’m finally saying it out loud… 
I’m learning from an incredible coach themusclemamiihtx_ (who just won three medals in this division by the way) and I am seeking guidance from others in the industry teamfflex because growth requires humility, education, and the willingness to be coached.

I’m officially pursuing the Wellness Division.

Am I scared?
Absolutely.

I wouldn’t be authentic if I said I wasn’t.

I trust God’s plan for my life, but I’m still flesh and blood. The unknown is intimidating.

The difference is… I’ve never been afraid of failing, because every time I’ve fallen, God has given me the strength to get back up.

So I pray. I listen.
Then I move forward in faith.

If my journey inspires just one woman to believe it’s never too late to chase the dream God placed on her heart, then sharing this was worth it.
