The first thing to do when you arrive is to register your attendance and collect your academic dress from loughboroughsu 

Create memories to last a lifetime! 📸

Remember to get your official photographs taken in The Treehouse, loughboroughsu, open until 6pm

There will be lots of opportunities for selfies and taking your own photographs with our big letters on Hazlerigg Lawn and Shirley Pearce Square, and our photo walls and 360 photo booth in the reception 🤳

Mark your special day by treating yourself to a graduation souvenir 🧸

Our new information point is where you can go for help and queries, and it’s also a place you can leave any guest tickets for late guests to collect ℹ️

Your ceremony will take place in the Sir David Wallace building 🎉

Make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes before your ceremony time to get seated

This is your time to shine! 

After your ceremony, it’s time for the reception 🥳

Enjoy drinks and nibbles, make the most of the photo opportunities and celebrate with your friends and family!

There will be plenty of food and drink options in Shirley Pearce Square 🥘

Our 2026 Streetfood Festvial will feature a smokehouse, Tex Mex and nourish bowls!
