Nothing destroys the human soul more than promiscuity.

There is a reason many of the world's major religions caution against it. Whether you see it through a spiritual lens, a psychological lens, or a moral one, they all point to the same truth: intimacy has consequences that go far beyond the physical act.

When this topic comes up, many people don't address the argument itself. Instead, they attack the person making it. They'll call you insecure, controlling, judgmental, or say you're uncomfortable with your masculinity or femininity. It's often easier to shame someone who challenges your beliefs than it is to question your own choices.

Projecting labels onto others doesn't change reality. It simply avoids having an honest conversation.

Everyone has the freedom to make their own decisions, but freedom doesn't exempt us from consequences. Every choice we make shapes our character, our relationships, and ultimately the person we become.

Real confidence isn't about indulging every desire. It's about having the discipline to live according to your values, even when the world encourages you to do otherwise.
