The number keeps moving in one direction.
The wrong direction. 😐

The forests are getting smaller. The bamboo is getting thinner. The mountains that red panda has called home for longer than human civilisation has existed are being carved away piece by piece and the piece by piece adds up to something that once it's gone does not come back. 🎋

These pictures are rough.
They are supposed to be rough.
Because the alternative is making it comfortable and making it comfortable is exactly how something this important disappears quietly while everyone is looking at something else. 😤

Ailurus fulgens.
Rust orange fur. Ringed tail. Masked face. A wild old soul in a bamboo forest that is running out of forest.
Not a raccoon. Not a fox. Not a pet. A species. A real one. Counting down on a list that nobody wants to see reach zero. 👁️

The funny content exists because attention matters.
This exists because action matters more.
