This week’s #MEETEXECMONDAY is with our Panhellenic Delegate, Ava Hayre!

“My time in Phi Mu so far has been nothing short of amazing. It has given me not only my best friends, but girls I will truly call my sisters forever! The Phi Mu sisterhood has introduced me to the most authentic, loyal, funny, and inspiring women I have ever met, and I am grateful everyday to be a part of it. As an out-of-state gator, I was nervous about moving far from home knowing absolutely no one. I wish I could tell myself then that my best friends were waiting for me in Phi Mu, and all the opportunities it would give me! I pursued leadership early in my time in the chapter, first as Phi Mu’s Philanthropic Events Delegate for the Junior Panhellenic Council, and next as our current Panhellenic Delegate as a part of the 2026 Executive Committee. Serving on Phi Mu’s Executive Committee has been such an honor everyday as I get to make an impact on my chapter and the broader Panhellenic community through my work. As Panhellenic Delegate, I have the incredible opportunity to act as the primary liaison between Phi Mu and the Panhellenic Council. This means I get to vote on the chapter’s behalf, plan lots of events with other chapters, make an impact across all four greek councils, and so much more! These positions have taught me how to lead with grace and also introduced me to some of my closest friends. Every chance I have taken in this chapter has only led me to more amazing experiences. There is nothing I would change about my time in Phi Mu, and I can’t wait to see what the next year brings. From spring breaks to spontaneous hang outs to late night chats, I love this chapter from the bottom of my heart and I don’t know what I would do without it! LIOB!“
