There comes a moment when you realize you’ve been preparing for long enough.

For me, this road trip isn’t really about driving 5,000 miles.

It’s about trusting myself again.

A few years ago, I had built the business I’d always dreamed of. Corporate partnerships. Hospitals. Universities. A growing certification program. I thought the path ahead was clear.

Then life had other plans.

Like so many businesses, mine changed dramatically after the pandemic. Not long after that came a move, a serious car accident, and a traumatic brain injury that forced me to slow down in ways I never imagined.

For a long time, rebuilding felt like the work.

But somewhere along the way, I realized something.

There comes a point where you have to stop rebuilding and start living again.

This journey is that moment for me.

Not because everything is figured out.

But because it isn’t.

Maybe you’ve felt that too.

That quiet knowing that the next chapter isn’t waiting for you to be more ready.

It’s waiting for you to begin.
