#TSRUpdatez: #TI and #Tiny have lost the latest round in their yearslong legal battle against toy company MGA Entertainment.

The couple was seeking to restore $53.6 million in punitive damages that were previously thrown out by a judge. On Wednesday, however, a jury ruled that MGA did not act with malice, meaning T.I. and Tiny will not receive any additional damages.

As a result, the couple’s total recovery remains at $17.9 million in compensatory damages, which they were awarded in 2024 after a jury found that MGA had infringed on the #OMGGirlz’s name, likeness, and identity by creating several L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G. dolls that closely resembled the group.

The lawsuit, which began in 2020, has gone through multiple trials, including a mistrial and an appeal, before Wednesday’s latest decision.
