highball.cm is a Japanese-style cocktail bar in Costa Mesa where the standard for a single drink is set higher than most places set for their entire menu. Walk-ins only, seats are limited, and the room earns every bit of the anticipation.

What to order:

🥃 The signature highball: Taketsuru Pure Malt and Westland Single Malt, stretched with Singha soda for a clean, layered finish, built over hand-carved ice.
🍋 The gimlet: a classic treated with the same discipline as the house pour, refined through technique rather than reinvention.
🌿 The mint julep: familiar on paper, precise in execution, the kind of drink that makes you rethink what you thought you knew.
🍵 Chu-hi: a Japanese-leaning original that brings subtle experimentation without losing control.
