Karen did not know that she was having a heart attack while filming this video. She had chosen to stay home and ask her #akathisia support group friends to help her breathe through the episodes of severe chest pain she was having rather than risk being involuntarily hospitalized and mistreated. 

There are thousands of people with akathisia like her who've been misdiagnosed and traumatized to the point that they will not go to another hospital unless they think they will die otherwise.
