A suburban man was arrested after allegedly recording a boy using a restroom at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, authorities said. Police were called to the mall for a report of a suspicious person videotaping a juvenile. Officers determined Samuel Nutt, 54, used a cellphone to video and audio record a boy urinating in a bathroom stall.
