Zion was stuck trying to climb back up that rock. I could’ve lifted him up in two seconds.

I didn’t. Because I was just making content ? No!

I stayed close, watched him, cheered him on a little, and let him figure it out himself. He struggled, tried again, and then I helped him. 

That’s the moment real confidence gets built. Not by saving them every time, but by standing back just enough to let them prove to themselves they can.
