Arizona attorney accused of secretly recording women through their windows.

Police say 51-year-old Mesa attorney Michael DiBenedetto was arrested after two alleged window-peeping incidents in Tempe.

Prosecutors say he also has a prior window-peeping conviction from Illinois in 2009.

He now faces four felony charges, including voyeurism and burglary, with bond set at $25,000.
