We are grateful to share that Spokane Humane Society has been awarded a $15,000 grant from Innovia Foundation in support of our Veterinary Medical Assistance Program (VMAP).

VMAP helps qualified low-income community members access veterinary care when it matters most. From urgnet non-overnight medical needs, surgery, and diagnostics to preventative care and other essential veterinary services, this program helps keep pets healthy and families together during difficult times.

Too often, families are faced with the heartbreaking choice between paying for veterinary care or meeting other basic needs. Through partnerships like this, we can help remove that barrier and provide care before a medical concern becomes a crisis.

This generous investment from Innovia Foundation will help more pets receive the care they need while giving the people who love them hope, support, and another path forward.
